Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note:

• Items purchased with a discount coupon or during a sale are not eligible for returns.

• Returns are not accepted for international shipments, custom orders, or gift cards.

To start a return, contact us at support@houseofolivia.in. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods,

• Personalized/custom items,

• Personal care goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return your item (if eligible), and once accepted, make a new purchase.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if your refund hasn’t been processed after 15 business days.
