• For orders below ₹2499, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: Shipping charges vary depending on destination and package weight. These charges will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Time:

Within India

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.

• Express Delivery (if applicable): 2-4 business days.

International: Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7-15 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within India and selected international locations. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@houseofolivia.in for assistance.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
